We follow international standards, such as the PMBOK and the CMM model, when managing offshore projects. We can also adapt our customers' in-house standards if required. In order to achieve desired results and follow strict timelines, ExperExchange's methodology emphasizes on clearly defined development procedures and planning discipline.

We believe that on-going communication with our clients is the key to an outsourcing project's success. For example, ExperExchange uses a web-based Project Management System, which provides real-time updates on project progress. This system supports the full project lifecycle, from preliminary business analysis to post-delivery maintenance and support. Through a user-friendly, web-based interface, our clients can access progress reports for their projects at any time and any place.

Onshore/Offshore

In our unique onshore/offshore delivery model, the offshore development center delivers quality solutions while the onshore (local) service team coordinates with the customer. Typically, customer requirement analysis and solution proposals are completed onshore, and the design, construction and testing of outsourced projects are executed offshore. Our onsite project managers supervise our staff engineers according to customer feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Every member of the team follows a seamless protocol to ensure the ultimate success of the project.
