Governments around the world are under increasing pressure to lower their costs, control their budget, while providing better public services. Many countries are adopting the concept of "e-Government", using electronic platforms to perform administrative functions and disclosure policy. Non-Government Organizations (NOG's) are faced with similar challenges. The use of newer technology greatly helps them achieve higher efficiency without incurring too much extra cost.

ExperExchange has worked with various government agencies and NGO's on public sector projects, and achieved outstanding results. On these projects, we used ASP, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Jbuilder 7.0, server 2000 and Oracle 9i, to develop information management systems for these clients. We provided customized solutions such as a form recognition and processing system for a municipal public transportation department in the US, and a project management system for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Committee, etc. Many of our public sector clients recognized significant cost savings and improved their service quality because of our technology solutions. In addition to generic technologies, we also applied our leading proprietary OCR technology to help these organizations transfer paper documents into digital data, a critical step toward accomplishing paperless workflow.
