| The Client is a leader in telecom and network switching both in technology advancements and market share in Europe as well as North and South America. In 2000, the client had not enjoyed the same success in China as it did in the rest of the world, mostly because its products were overpriced and didn't fit Chinese customers' specific needs. ExperExchange has been developing system solutions for Chinese mobile network operators for many years, so the Client decided to outsource the development work of the new switching system to us. Since the Switching Management software met the market requirement, it was successfully used by China Mobile (The biggest GSM mobile telecom operator in the world).
