Elegent Technology is a US based company, which had a design of a Linux-based embedded Internet browser and wanted to release the product in the late 90's. ExperExchange helped them set up an ODC (offshore development center) in our subsidiary in China. The engineers in this ODC supported all the R&D work and the Linux based embedded Internet browser was able to replace the bulky Windows 95/98 browser. The world-class browser is compatible with many CPU types and platforms to support HTML 3.2 and related protocols. It competes with other products in the market with a great potential in the areas of mini-browsers, TV converters, G4 wireless, electronic books, home appliance connectivity, etc.
