Jingle (JL) is a large Hong Kong retail company, which owns 75 chain stores in China carrying more than 20,000 kinds of commodities with an annual turnover of US$ 100 million. JL was planning to upgrade its payment and inventory management system to adopt the latest technology and improve its business processes.

ExperExchange was selected to develop the system - JL-RMS-2 from 5 bidders. We finished the project in two months. JL-RMS-2 is a highly-efficient, integrated payment and inventory control system. After rolling out the system throughout its stores, Jingle significantly reduced book-entry errors and attracted more customers. In the first year, the company saved inventory management costs by 40%, lowered commodity wastage by 60%, increased sales by 25% and improved profits by 15%.
