| Ricoh Company, Ltd. is a leading supplier of office automation equipments, including copiers, facsimile machines, data processing systems, and related supplies. ExperExchange developed the OFC (Optical File Conversion) component for Ricoh's new product - GlobalScan. This product enables Ricoh's Aficio multifunction products to quickly scan, capture and distribute documents directly to email. Besides OCR functions, OFC also provides functions such as folder monitoring, image document understanding, output format conversion, and result returning back to the users. The project lasted for three months to complete, and GlobalScan was widely accepted and highly appreciated by its customers in a short period of time.
