| The BOCOG (The Beijing Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games) is in charge of the organization of the 29th Olympic Games, including 300 athletic games to be held at over 50 newly constructed or converted facilities in Beijing and five other cities. In order to control the quality and the timely completion of all construction projects, the BOCOG needed a large-scale project management platform. ExperExchange won the bid and developed the platform within budget. With this platform, BOCOG is now able to manage contract biddings, monitor funding flows, approve the designs and construction plans, and supervise the projects in real time. The system greatly enhanced the BOCOG's ability to meet the schedule and control the quality of the facilities, therefore guarantee the success of the 29th Olympic Games in 2008.
