| The client, ICBC Liaoning, is a provincial branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), the largest commercial bank in China. ICBC Liaoning was planning to launch its online bank business as an effort to improve service quality, retain corporate and retail customers, and enhance its market leadership.
