| Metal Laboratory is one of the many open labs in the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB). An open lab is usually equipped with advanced facilities and opens to the staff and students of various colleges in UCSB, sometimes even to the public. The Metal Lab Management Committee planned to establish a web-based Equipment Sign-up System (ESS), and engage a rigid management regulation to ensure all the labs are utilized with the highest efficiency. Based on its high-quality engineering resources and first-rate customer service, ExperExchange won and accomplished this project for UCSB. With the help of ESS, the scholars and students all enjoyed a much more pleasant working environment ensuring smooth communication between the management committee and the users.
